2. Quali dati raccolgo

Dati di navigazione

Quando visiti il sito, il server registra automaticamente alcune informazioni tecniche (indirizzo IP, data e ora, pagina richiesta, tipo di browser). Servono solo a garantire il funzionamento e la sicurezza del sito e vengono cancellate automaticamente entro 14 giorni.

Contatti

Se mi scrivi via email, tramite il modulo di contatto o su Instagram, tratto i dati che mi invii (nome, email, contenuto del messaggio) per risponderti. I messaggi del modulo passano dal server del sito, che me li inoltra via email senza conservarli. Per proteggere il modulo dallo spam, il server tiene in memoria l'indirizzo IP di chi scrive per al massimo 24 ore.

Prenotazioni e servizi

Quando prenoti un servizio tramite il calendario online raccolgo: nome, email, i dati di nascita (data, ora e luogo) necessari per il Tema Natale e le altre letture, ed eventuali note che scegli di aggiungere. Il pagamento avviene tramite Stripe: i dati della carta sono gestiti direttamente da Stripe e non arrivano mai a me. Per le sessioni online viene creato un collegamento Google Meet.

Newsletter

Se ti iscrivi alla newsletter raccolgo l'email e, se lo indichi, il nome, insieme a data, ora e indirizzo IP dell'iscrizione (come prova del consenso). Li uso per inviarti il contenuto in regalo (meditazione e journal) e le mie email con novità e aggiornamenti. Il servizio di invio può registrare aperture e click delle email, per statistiche sull'efficacia dei messaggi. Puoi cancellarti in qualsiasi momento con il link presente in ogni email.

3. Perché li tratto (finalità e base giuridica)

• Erogare i servizi prenotati (sessioni, report, comunicazioni collegate): esecuzione di un contratto o di misure precontrattuali su tua richiesta (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Rispondere alle tue richieste: misure precontrattuali e legittimo interesse a darti riscontro (art. 6.1.b e 6.1.f).
• Newsletter: il tuo consenso (art. 6.1.a), che puoi revocare in qualsiasi momento.
• Adempimenti fiscali e contabili legati ai pagamenti: obbligo di legge (art. 6.1.c).
• Sicurezza del sito (log del server): legittimo interesse (art. 6.1.f).

Non uso i tuoi dati per profilazione o pubblicità e non li vendo a nessuno.

4. A chi vengono comunicati

I dati sono trattati da me e, solo per quanto necessario, da questi fornitori che agiscono come responsabili del trattamento o titolari autonomi:

• Cal.com, Inc. (USA): calendario e gestione delle prenotazioni. Privacy policy
• Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Irlanda): pagamenti online. Privacy policy
• Google Ireland Limited (Irlanda): Google Calendar e Google Meet per le sessioni, Google Fonts per i caratteri del sito. Privacy policy
• MailerLite Limited (Irlanda): gestione della newsletter e del modulo di iscrizione, protetto da Google reCAPTCHA contro lo spam. Privacy policy
• IONOS: servizio di posta elettronica.
• Fornitore di hosting con server nell'Unione Europea (Spagna).
• Consulenti fiscali e autorità, quando richiesto dalla legge.

5. Trasferimenti fuori dall'UE

Alcuni fornitori (in particolare Cal.com e, in parte, Google e Stripe) possono trattare dati negli Stati Uniti. In questi casi il trasferimento avviene sulla base di garanzie adeguate previste dal GDPR, come l'EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework o le Clausole Contrattuali Standard della Commissione europea.

6. Per quanto tempo li conservo

• Log del server: massimo 14 giorni.
• Dati di prenotazioni, report e comunicazioni: per il tempo necessario a erogare il servizio e a rispondere a eventuali domande successive, e comunque non oltre 24 mesi dall'ultimo contatto.
• Newsletter: fino alla cancellazione dell'iscrizione.
• Documenti fiscali e contabili: 7 anni, come previsto dalla normativa fiscale olandese.

7. I tuoi diritti

Puoi chiedermi in qualsiasi momento l'accesso ai tuoi dati, la rettifica, la cancellazione, la limitazione del trattamento, la portabilità, oppure opporti al trattamento basato sul legittimo interesse. Basta scrivere a viv@soulflowguide.com: ti rispondo entro 30 giorni.

Hai anche il diritto di presentare reclamo all'autorità di controllo olandese, Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, oppure all'autorità del Paese in cui vivi (in Italia il Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).

8. Maggiore età

I servizi sono riservati ai maggiorenni. Non raccolgo consapevolmente dati di minori di 18 anni.

9. Cookie e tecnologie simili

Questo sito non usa cookie di profilazione, pubblicità o statistiche (nessun Google Analytics o pixel di tracciamento). Per questo non trovi un banner cookie.

• Preferenza lingua: il sito salva la lingua scelta (italiano o inglese) nella memoria locale del tuo browser (localStorage, voce astroviv-lang). È uno strumento tecnico, resta sul tuo dispositivo e non viene inviato a nessuno.
• Google Fonts: i caratteri tipografici vengono caricati dai server di Google, che ricevono il tuo indirizzo IP. Non vengono impostati cookie.
• Calendario Cal.com: viene caricato solo quando clicchi su "Prenota". Da quel momento Cal.com può usare cookie e memoria locale tecnici, necessari al funzionamento della prenotazione che hai richiesto.
• Modulo newsletter MailerLite: viene caricato solo quando clicchi per iscriverti. Da quel momento MailerLite salva un cookie (mailerlite_forms_shown_…) e un identificativo nella memoria locale (ml_guid) per gestire la visualizzazione del modulo, e Google reCAPTCHA verifica che tu non sia un bot.
• Stripe: durante il pagamento può usare cookie tecnici per la sicurezza e la prevenzione delle frodi.
• Instagram: il link al profilo apre un sito esterno, soggetto alla privacy policy di Meta.

Puoi cancellare cookie e memoria locale in qualsiasi momento dalle impostazioni del tuo browser.

2. What data I collect

Browsing data

When you visit the website, the server automatically records some technical information (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type). It is used only to keep the website working and secure, and it is deleted automatically within 14 days.

Contact

If you write to me by email, through the contact form or on Instagram, I process the data you send (name, email, message content) in order to reply. Messages sent through the form go through the website's server, which forwards them to me by email without storing them. To protect the form from spam, the server keeps the sender's IP address in memory for at most 24 hours.

Bookings and services

When you book a service through the online calendar I collect: name, email, your birth details (date, time and place) needed for the Birth Chart and other readings, and any notes you choose to add. Payment is handled by Stripe: your card details are processed directly by Stripe and never reach me. For online sessions a Google Meet link is created.

Newsletter

If you subscribe to the newsletter I collect your email and, if you provide it, your name, together with the date, time and IP address of the sign-up (as proof of consent). I use them to send you the free gift (meditation and journal) and my emails with news and updates. The sending service may record email opens and clicks, for statistics on how the messages perform. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.

3. Why I process it (purposes and legal basis)

• Providing the services you book (sessions, reports, related communication): performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Replying to your requests: pre-contractual steps and legitimate interest in getting back to you (Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f)).
• Newsletter: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
• Tax and accounting obligations related to payments: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
• Website security (server logs): legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

I do not use your data for profiling or advertising, and I never sell it.

4. Who receives it

Your data is processed by me and, only as far as necessary, by these providers acting as processors or independent controllers:

• Cal.com, Inc. (USA): calendar and booking management. Privacy policy
• Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Ireland): online payments. Privacy policy
• Google Ireland Limited (Ireland): Google Calendar and Google Meet for sessions, Google Fonts for the website typefaces. Privacy policy
• MailerLite Limited (Ireland): newsletter and sign-up form management, protected against spam by Google reCAPTCHA. Privacy policy
• IONOS: email service.
• Hosting provider with servers in the European Union (Spain).
• Tax advisers and authorities, when required by law.

5. Transfers outside the EU

Some providers (in particular Cal.com and, in part, Google and Stripe) may process data in the United States. In these cases the transfer relies on appropriate safeguards under the GDPR, such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. How long I keep it

• Server logs: up to 14 days.
• Booking, report and communication data: for as long as needed to provide the service and answer any follow-up questions, and in any case no longer than 24 months after our last contact.
• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
• Tax and accounting records: 7 years, as required by Dutch tax law.

7. Your rights

You can ask me at any time for access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interest. Just write to viv@soulflowguide.com: I will reply within 30 days.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch supervisory authority, Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, or with the authority of the country where you live.

8. Age

The services are for adults only. I do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

9. Cookies and similar technologies

This website does not use profiling, advertising or analytics cookies (no Google Analytics, no tracking pixels). That is why there is no cookie banner.

• Language preference: the website stores your chosen language (Italian or English) in your browser's local storage (localStorage, key astroviv-lang). It is a technical tool, stays on your device and is not sent to anyone.
• Google Fonts: typefaces are loaded from Google's servers, which receive your IP address. No cookies are set.
• Cal.com calendar: it is loaded only when you click "Book". From then on Cal.com may use technical cookies and local storage needed for the booking you requested.
• MailerLite newsletter form: it is loaded only when you click to subscribe. From then on MailerLite stores a cookie (mailerlite_forms_shown_…) and an identifier in local storage (ml_guid) to manage how the form is shown, and Google reCAPTCHA checks that you are not a bot.
• Stripe: during payment it may use technical cookies for security and fraud prevention.
• Instagram: the profile link opens an external website, subject to Meta's privacy policy.

You can delete cookies and local storage at any time from your browser settings.

I may update this policy. The date of the latest update is shown at the top.
